INSTRUMENT OPERATION – Press the button to turn the DishTemp on, hold button for 3 seconds to turn off. Before each use, reset the MAX TEMP reading by turning the unit off. Position the DishTemp amongst other dishes at the start of a cycle. Make note of the MAX TEMP reading at the end of a cycle before turning off.
ºC/ºF – To switch from °C to °F, press and hold button for 5 seconds when turning the unit on. Cautions/Tips: Do not expose DishTemp to temperatures above 93 °C.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT – Replace battery with a CR2032 coin cell when low battery icon illuminates, carefully repositioning the battery cover afterwards. Turn off when not in use, to maximise battery life.
